Melindah advises companies and entreprenuers on the development and implementation of compliance and ESG programs as well as general corporate governance.

Prior to HM, Melindah counseled corporate clients regarding class actions, corporate litigation and appeals, and regulatory compliance involving complex employment, competition and environmental issues as a senior associate at a private law firm in Washington, D.C. In addition to her private practice work, Melindah also served as an Associate Professor and Director of the Temple Law School Masters of Law Program (Ll.M) at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, while concurrently serving as an instructor at the National Judicial College of the People’s Republic of China.

Melindah earned her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School before going on to clerk for the Hon. Richard Suhrheinrich of the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the College of Honors at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
