Lay Geok provides Singapore regulatory consulting services for license applicants and regulated financial institutions. Lay Geok also supports bank licence applications and digital asset consulting under Fintechxpndr.

Lay Geok spent 15 years of her career with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in supervision of banks and payment systems regulatory oversight, and data governance. She has also worked at KPMG as a Director focused on data strategy and regulatory technology in the financial services industry, and in-house compliance roles. Lay Geok currently conducts bank regulatory reporting training at LG&D where she is the Founder and Director.

Lay Geok earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (Banking) in Nanyang Technological University and is certified in ScrumMaster® and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials.
