Greg has advised on legal matters for leading Asia-based businesses for more than 25 years. His experience includes acting as General Counsel of a regulated digital asset business in Singapore, as well as working at leading international and Indonesian law firms on corporate matters including M&A, Banking & Finance and Capital Markets. Greg started his career at Milbank where he worked on various acquisitions in Indonesia. Greg has been frequently recognized as a leading law practitioner by various publications including Asia Pacific Legal 500, Chambers Global and IFLR. Greg earned his law degree from Northwestern University. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California. He is proficient in Bahasa Indonesia.
