David provides outsourced in-house counsel services leveraging over 35 years of experience in corporate and finance transactional, regulatory and advisory work (including, among other things, a strong U.S. securities background).

David has been a partner in several major international law firms and has handled matters in the United States, Asia, Europe and Australia. David has represented public and private corporate clients as well as financial services providers.  He has also counselled business executives and other professionals to drive strategic objectives, align disparate views of multiple parties, and anticipate and solve legal/business issues.

David is a New York qualified lawyer and received his law degree from Harvard Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College.
