Arvind Vij is a Special Advisor to HM  He provides outsourced general counsel services and supervises large-scale remediation exercises.

Arvind is Founder & CEO of Illuminati Humanista Solutions, a one-stop shop for legal support solutions which provides specialized legal, compliance and legal entity management services (the first of its kind in India).

Arvind spent 14+ years at JPMorgan in Singapore, Mumbai and New York dealing with a variety of vendors for legal, compliance and corporate secretary staffing, as well as outsourcing standardized and commoditized legal work, most recently as Managing Director & General Counsel for Offshoring & Outsourcing.

Prior to his in-house counsel role at JPMorgan in Singapore, Mumbai and New York, Arvind practiced at Drew & Napier in Singapore gaining experience in Corporate, Commercial and Banking laws, Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in Singapore & New York specializing in Projects and Project Finance and Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman) in Singapore & New York with a focus on US Securities and Private Equity transactions.

Arvind is qualified to practice law in New York (Attorney-at- Law), England & Wales (Barrister-at- Law) and Singapore (Advocate & Solicitor).
