Anne has more than 15 years of experience in investments, capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate strategy. Her expertise lies in fund management, regulatory, compliance and ESG procedures, having successfully brought two previous investment funds through approval with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Her expertise also includes identifying and executing investments and partnership transactions, and driving value creation strategies at the board and operational levels.

Anne founded Alphavita Capital, a specialist investment fund advisory and corporate strategy consulting firm. She is also Co-Founder of Academy Prêt, an education company in Singapore and Korea.

Anne graduated cum laude with dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and the Wharton School. Anne is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Anne is fluent in English and Korean.
