Angelica provides general in-house counsel, consulting and advisory services. Angelica has worked on numerous cross-border transactions including in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, project finance and real estate. She also focuses on ESG, data protection and privacy, risk mitigation, compliance and operational efficacy across a range of industries including technology/SaaS-based businesses. 

Prior to HM, Angelica worked as an associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in London and New York and at Gunderson Dettmer in Singapore. Angelica also spent time in-house as commercial and privacy counsel at Mixpanel, a venture-backed data analytics startup. Before becoming a lawyer, Angelica was a consultant with Accenture’s risk management practice focusing on regulatory compliance.

Angelica is a New York qualified lawyer and a certified privacy professional (CIPP/E). She received her law degree from Columbia Law School and her bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
