The application of the Financial Services and Markets Act (the “FSMA”) has been widely discussed in Singapore over the past two weeks, with many insightful articles and posts already available.
To offer something different, we have developed online tool for conducting a preliminary assessment of your regulatory position under the FSMA for digital token services, primarily comparing the coverage of the Payment Services Act vs the FSMA.
