Jared provides outsourced general counsel, compliance and AI-related advisory services.

Prior to HM, Jared was a corporate associate at a premier international law firm and worked on several award-winning transactions. In addition to his legal practice, Jared has assisted in large-scale firm efforts to implement AI-based systems and adopt generative AI software and has advised on the legal, ethical and safety concerns surrounding the use of AI in legal and corporate settings. Prior to becoming a New York-qualified attorney, he pursued entrepreneurial ventures in compliance research and online media.

Jared has a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and a master’s in international economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. He is fluent in English and Spanish and his writings have been featured in several major publications.
